Crafting Tinkering Items

To craft a tinkering item a character must have at least the same rank in the tinkering skill as the item's level. Each item costs 4 craft points per level. Master tinkering items require being a master crafter of Tinkering and cost 24 craft points to build.

Shackles of Grounding

2 8 No Yes Restrain another character and give them the Grounded condition for as long as they wear this.
