Description
Effect
A magic lock box is a slotless item that can be made to be any level of tinkering item by someone with the appropriate level of tinkering. They may not be improved to higher levels once created, but can be built over multiple events like other tinkering items.
For each level of the tinkering box the owner may cast magic lock on the box twice per event. Master Tinkerer's can make a level 6 version of this item (which would cast Magic Lock 12 times per event). There are no higher level versions than that.
During preproduction a character can upgrade a magic lock box from one level to another by paying the crafting point and coin cost for the difference. The character must possess a high enough tinkering skill to produce the level of magic lock box being upgraded to.
Props
A magic lock box can be any ornate box or any size. Incorporating blue coloring is suggested.
The box does not actually require a physical lock on it. The item is a 'magic lock' 'box' as opposed to a 'magic' 'lock-box'.
