Welcome and congratulations on surviving the first set of Veilwalker Shrine Encounters!
This soggy stretch is testing my tolerance for the definition of 'atmospheric' events. While I actually love rain, it felt suspiciously like the GMs were running a secret competition to see who could achieve peak mud-caked player. Was getting a PC to face-plant in a puddle a way to gain bonus points? Fingers crossed the Elemental takes pity and blesses us with some sunlight before they start making us do rituals to encourage more rain, completed with synchronized splashing and chanting...
We've changed the entries below to better clarify them based on what was seen and heard at the May 2025 event. If anything looks a little weird or you've got questions, don't hesitate to ask any Rules Committee member or post a message on Discord and tag @Rules.

- Ritual target changed to '1 Veilwalker Ooze Puddle'.
- Turns out, that '25 square feet' we all thought was a nice, neat 5x5 square? Yeah, some folks were out here living in 25-foot circles.
- Druids, obtain a new copy of this ritual from logs at check-in.
- Commissary price reduced to 2 credits (previously 3).
- Commissary cost reduced to 4 credits, previously 5.
- Commissary price reduced to 4 credits, previously 5.
- Commissary price reduced to 8 credits (previously 9).
- Yes, this just appeared on the production sheet, you didn't fever dream it.
- Commissary price recuded to 25 credits (previously 28).
- Changed the wording of 'Prostitution Guild' to 'Courtesan Guild'.
- Clarified in the 'Detailed Descriptions' section that Dreadlord does not prevent effects of the poisoned condition from the 'Blight!' call- if you are hit with 'Blight!', you are still poisoned.
- Updated the entry to be clearer on what Ethereal Sealant does and does not stop.
- There was some confusion on if Ethereal Sealant stops rituals- it does not unless the ritual would cause a spell effect, such as Harmony. Any effects caused by rituals by default (such as Breath of Fire) still occur normally.
- This little guy got a buff that we forgot to mention! With the changes to the 'Magic!' call being added as a modifier, grounding wires now prevent the first tag bag with the 'Magic!' call attached- not just the first one that calls for damage.
- Changed the link for the approved encampment tote from an Amazon link to a Target link- it is way cheaper at Target.
- Clarified in the 'Detailed Descriptions' section that Poison Immunity does not prevent effects of the poisoned condition from the 'Blight!' call- if you are hit with 'Blight!', you are still poisoned.
- There's a ritual that lets you re-roll your character sheet. It exists. That's all you get to know.
- There's also a ritual to make you live longer. Ryan says you get to know about that one too.
- Ritual put into play.
- Clarified in directions that the PC calls the 'Time Stop', no need to wait for the orange hat!
- Clarified that immunity to the Sparkless condition does not stop a Kazvak or similar from being able to eat your spark. They have to eat too you know!
- Changed the wording in Section 1 to clarify that all standard casting requirements must be met in order to use the imbued item.
Warding Amalgam Alchemical Updates
- Similar update to the Grounding Wire- with the changes to the 'Magic!' call being added as a modifier, it now prevents the next tag bag with the 'Magic!' call attached.
- Prices updated.
