The Truthful Condition
You are not compelled to speak but when you choose to do so you cannot lie. It's important to note that truth is relative in this situation, you will speak the truth according to your beliefs and knowledge. Speak the truth as you see it to the best of your ability whenever you speak.
This is most efficient when combined with the Charmed condition to make someone want to talk in addition to telling the truth.
