Feb Feast 2025 Updates

  • Immunities that are provided from crafted items are removed with 'Dispel Magic!' or if replaced with another immunity. They can be re-activated with ritual components.
    • This does not apply to items that simply cast a spell, this is for items that provide a permanent immunity. For example, a hat with the Nature Immunity crafting feature would fall under this rule.
    • Previously: Were only removeable when another immunity was used or the item was removed and it was unable to be re-activated.
  • If a character would be immune to a damage type that they have a Damage Requirement for, they will still take damage of that type but are immune to the non-damaging effects.
    • Example: It is well-known that Fae have a DR of 'Poison!'. If a Fae has Poison Immunity cast on them and then they are hit for '4 Poison!', they will still take 4 damage but will not be poisoned as a result.
    • Previously: Characters were unable to gain an immunity to a DR.
  • 'Magic!' and 'Nature!' can now be used as effect type modifiers.
    • They inflict the Jinxed and Natural Hazard conditions respectively when used this way.

Any attack delivered by a melee weapon can be blocked by a shield, regardless of the call type.
